Being a CitNow user and client for many years there was always a frustration around the reaction times, responses and journey flows in relation to the actions our customers were having or not having to the video content we sent them. With this simple yet clever integration in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud we can remove the guesswork and build our journey flows to suit our customers and staff like never before. Being able to react in real time enables us to help and provide the next steps our customers might need using our automated flows. We have dashboards and events tracked throughout the journey for sales and aftersales, we can clearly see the performance at Retailer and user level, our workshop control has more insight than ever before and without the need for double keying or jumping from system to system in a swivel chair environment. This app is changing the way we work and has seamlessly integrated into our roles at most levels, from RAG Reports and 'Follow Ups' to 'Sales & Performance' environments and 'Reporting/Insights' via BI
