OtailO Returns

OtailO is a SaaS platform that provides an optimized end-to-end returns experience for consumers and retailers. This is done not only by enforcing the existing returns policy but also by calculating an optimal route for each and every return. The calculation is based on the item being returned, who is returning it, where it was purchased, the economic viability of the return, and many other parameters. Our solution enables unique workflows for each return, providing a stellar returns and exchange experience, as well as local in-store return spots in affiliated retail brand stores. OtailO technology leverages the entire brand's eco-system enabling local and global returns, as well as return inspection, validation, and resale. The solution is trusted by top global retail brands and processes thousands of returns and exchanges on a daily basis. It also optimizes returns routes, eliminates millions of pre-configured shipping labels, and reduces reverse logistics costs, as well as carbon emissions.
