I’ve worked with many apps throughout my career both as a user and on the product side and the support behind this solution is truly exceptional. Their responsiveness is impressive, but what sets them apart is how thorough they are in providing complete solutions. They don’t just answer a question they walk you through it with screenshots, videos, patches, and clear explanations, and they always follow up to ensure everything is working as expected. I was thrown into this product and had to learn it quickly. Even though I don’t use it every day, each time I dive in the structure and functionality become more intuitive. When we ran into issues last year, the team guided us through the fixes efficiently and made the entire process smooth. Having a more efficient way to test the entire solution has been a huge improvement. Unaric Reports lets you generate Salesforce dashboards as multi-page PDFs—on demand or on a schedule—with all the supporting data in one place. Every morning, my sales team automatically receives a personalized PDF packet in their inbox, showing only the latest numbers that matter to them. They love it and often describe it as “like getting a newspaper.” They can instantly see their latest opportunities, customer orders, service cases, and even current commodity prices—so they’re never caught off guard during site visits. Sure, Salesforce dashboards are powerful, but they require clicking, drilling down, and waiting for reports to load. On mobile, especially in the field with weak connections, that’s just not fast enough. With these "PDF dashboards," all the numbers are already waiting on their device, and each dashboard page includes hyperlinks to to the corresponding report page. And this all builds automatically. While competitors are still fumbling with their phones, waiting for data to load, our team is already negotiating. I’ve been working with Unaric’s team for about a decade on this and other projects, and they’ve been outstanding. Unlike dealing with service reps and layers of support, they immediately understand what I need.
