The CAS Dialler application allows users to make and receive calls using trader voice systems such as, IPC & BT, as well as, enterprise voice users, such as, Cisco or Microsoft Teams. A key feature is call history and audit logs of client interactions.

Pricing Details
You must pay for a product or service that is external to Salesforce for this solution to work.
The customer must purchase the CAS server and have licences to the trader voice CTI server (IPC BlueWave/ BT TradeSense). Professional services will also be charged to the customer for install and configuration.
If the customer was to take a 3 or 5 year term on the CAS Dialler, then discounts will be applied to the final price. If trial is taken, fee will be incurred for professional services. Further details can be obtained by emailing: htakhar@comitfs.com
