This app is very broken.

There are multiple pieces in this app that just don't function. On the "User Privileges" tab, the "User Permissions" section is always blank, regardless of which user I choose, and the "User Record Access Checker" on the bottom left does not function - an error in the browser can be observed: "Uncaught (in promise) Rejected". The "Get All Users" button also never completes processing for me. Additionally, in the "Object" Inspector" tab, no objects appear, which makes this entire tab worthless. Finally, whenever the "No data available in table" error appears in a table, interacting with the table in any way duplicates the "No data available in table" message infinitely. I am able to replicate this on the "Org Health" page in the "Org Security Details" Section by clicking on any column header to "order" by the column, clicking 5 times creates 5 duplicate "No data available in table" error. I can also replicate this on the "Object Inspector" tab in the "Objects" section by typing in a search term; entering 5 letters creates 5 duplicate "No data available in table" messages. Honestly this app never should have made it past QA, and they don't even provide the source code in GitHub so that we could try to salvage some of the functionality.
