Northbound has been invaluable to our Salesforce implementation. Prior to the engagement with Northbound, our Salesforce org was glitchy with conflicting processes and built without forethought of end to end business operations or user experience. Northbound addressed these issues by helping us rebuild processes in a way that moved away from custom code, allowing us to scale and more quickly adapt to changing business requirements. Northbound's technical resources and Salesforce knowledge were instrumental but also key to our implementation was the professional and transparent way in which Northbound conducts project management. Huge kudos to Joe! His project management skill and calm demeanor kept us on track even when while we had internal disagreements over prioritization. I highly recommend working with Northbound.
