Exactly the solution we needed!

TrackPay was exactly the thing we needed for our organization to take and track payments right from Salesforce. Before installing this App, our users were having to access the manual terminal and run cards with customers on the phone. Then after, we would have to somehow mark the transaction in the system in order to reconcile with Accounting. Now with TrackPay, we can easily send secure links to customers for payment, customers transact in a secure, branded environment that looks super professional, and the payment record is immediately created and associated with our opportunity records. The time this has saved is incalculable for our operations and accounting teams as now, we can reconcile accounts with simple reporting installed with the package. We tried a few different solutions before this, but all of them were just too complex and too expensive for our small business. We just didn't need all the extraneous stuff that made taking payments overly complex for our organization. By contrast, TrackPay provided a simple solution that gets the job done. We've increased customer payments, as well as time to payment, and made our operations and accounting processes so much more efficient. The app also installed perfectly with no issues, but - having experience with other applications available on the AppExchange - I heard immediately from the TrackPay team once I installed, lending their support if I need it. Super smooth install and no issues at all, but any questions I've had as to additional capability or ideas have been answered promptly and thoroughly, which is super helpful from a support standpoint. Really impressed with this application and the team behind it.
