Description
Light Your Fires supports customers with IP Warming and/or coaching whether they need to implement, self-implement, or audit and reignite an existing implementation. Donna Redmond began her Salesforce career as an ExactTarget customer in 2008 and joined the ExactTarget Professional Services team in 2011. Through her roles at ExactTarget, Salesforce, Cheetah Digital, and two Platinum Salesforce Partners (Acumen Solutions and Coastal Cloud), she was responsible for guiding hundreds of customers and consultants on best practices, platform knowledge, and more. This exposure has afforded opportunities to work with a variety of customers spanning verticals, marketing automation exposure, and size. Donna has also worked with organizations big and small to assist with complex business and data models and utilizing standard functionality such as Journey Builder and Automation Studio as well as Distributed Marketing.
