The Skedulo Scheduling for Public Sector Solutions is an add-on for the standard Skedulo App that supports the following scenarios: Scheduling for constituents to visit government facilities: · Self-schedule appointments based on the license, permit or inspection type · See appointment slot availability in a calendar view · Ability to make updates to appointment details after an appointment is scheduled and confirmed · Self-reschedule or cancel appointments · Ability to set varying availability for fixed locations Scheduling for government to visit constituents in the field: · Manually or automatically schedule appointments and match workers to jobs based on availability, location, and skill set · Schedule multiple resources to a single appointment · Schedule recurring appointments · Transfer inspection appointments to another inspector · Create inspection or reinspection/ follow-up appointments from the mobile app · Define resource territories · Reschedule or cancel appointments Scheduling for constituents to reserve assets: · Self-schedule & reserve assets such as a park picnic area, sports field, BBQ pit, etc. · Reschedule or cancel reservations
