Caulbridge School hired ESOR Consulting Group to help migrate from our NPSP instance to the K-12 Architecture and to configure the latter to work for our K-8 private school. From the start Tiffany was very responsive and knowledgeable and working with her colleague Detra was a great experience. Their small team works together to find whatever solutions you are needing and they communicate them clearly and with expertise. The configuration took longer than expected because we included FormAssembly forms, which were complicated but completely worthwhile. We use them for our Inquiry Form, Application, and Back-to-School Forms and the data flows into our Salesforce org, creating objects and updating records automatically. It takes a great deal of work off our plates as administrators! Overall, working with Tiffany and Detra was a real pleasure and I appreciate the way they supported me as the administrator on the team in learning everything I needed to in order to maintain our instance effectively moving forward.
