Seamless Offer Letter & eSign Workflow for Education Cloud
We are using OneDoc on Salesforce AppExchange for our Education Cloud implementation, and it has been a great experience so far. OneDoc helps us generate and send offer letters to students directly from Salesforce, allowing them to electronically sign the documents with ease. The eSigned documents are automatically stored back in our Salesforce system, which makes tracking, compliance, and record management very efficient. The overall process has significantly reduced manual effort and improved turnaround time for student admissions. OneDoc integrates smoothly with Salesforce and fits well into our education workflows. We highly recommend it for institutions looking to automate document generation and eSignature processes within Salesforce.
Fixed Our Document Pain - Now Sending Real Quotes Customers Can Sign
We began searching for a more effective document-generation tool after struggling with built-in options. The native PDF/quote generator is extremely limited; it can’t handle multi-page documents, clean layouts, or professional formatting, and we were spending too much time manually fixing documents just to send something presentable to customers. OneDoc immediately felt like the opposite experience. After only a short trial, we were able to generate polished, multi-page documents with proper branding and layout. The biggest improvement is that we can now send out proper quotes for customers to sign and return - quickly, consistently, and with a professional look. Support helped us fine-tune the templates, and within days, everything was running smoothly. It’s rare to find an app that solves a real operational pain this directly, but OneDoc did exactly that for us.
Exactly what we needed
OneDoc tool offers us exactly what we needed which is a flexible solution for quote generation. Very straightforward tweaking and managing of quote templates. Immediately provided the Quote preview functionality which is essential for quoting. This tool is also used by field service teams for generating customer service reports with the option to collect customer e-signature on sight. Looking forward to expanding the use of this tool.
