Traditional TPM systems leverage a rigid data model, which would be fine for simple, static business processes, but TPM is anything but. TPM is a highly complex and dynamic business process that involves the planning, managing and tracking Promotions, Claims, Funds and Annual Volume Plans. As a result, traditional TPM systems have not been able to supplant the spreadsheets customer account teams use for Customer and Joint Business Planning. Leveraging new data modeling technology, FireTPM has configured a highly flexible, fully scalable and extremely performant TPM system with a 98% reduction in database record volume over traditional TPM systems. In addition, new dynamic database designs leveraging new Salesforce functionality such as Dynamic Page Layouts has enabled another 99% reduction is data volumes. This 99.98% reduction in data has enabled 100% of the solution be to executed on the Salesforce platform, meaning no need to off-load processing or data storage onto a different server.
