Every business needs to produce a number of requests for proposals or information. It's a pain to run to several different departments to gather requirements in order to fill out an RFP/RFI. QProposal will keep everything in one place, all without the need to shuffle paper. QProposal's wizard automatically brands the requirements pages selected by the admin before sending for approval. Your admin can then assign each section to a specific stakeholder for completion. Those stakeholders can access and edit their part of the document simultaneously, eliminating the need for a paper shuffle to different hands. This saves time and money.
