We used Caelius to implement MuleSoft Anypoint and replace existing flows running on MuleSoft Composer. We used MuleSoft Anypoint to connect items in NetSuite that we couldn't connect with Composer, and to connect via API to another platform that didn't have a native Salesforce connection. Using Anypoint allowed us to consolidate all our data in one place, dramatically reduce manual reporting, and improve forecasting/rev ops functions. We selected Caelius because they listened to and understood our needs during our initial scoping calls, and we felt confident that they had the skills to effectively deliver on the quoted work. Our engagement took 4 months to complete. During that time, I appreciated the following aspects of the partnership: 1. Role clarity from day one. They had dedicated resources for the different use cases being worked on concurrently. 2. Great communication and project organization. They provided weekly summaries that were good for stakeholders who needed a high-level overview. Our meetings during the engagement were well organized and were never a waste of time. We never met just to check a box, it was always productive. 3. Risks and challenges were clearly communicated during the engagement. We know things are going to come up, and it's how you handle them that makes the difference. I'm extremely satisfied with the partnership, and I would highly recommend Caelius.
