I’ve been working with the Charket App for over 4 years and closely collaborating with Angela and Aaron whenever we faced challenges or needed assistance. They have always been available at any time to help debug issues and ensure smooth operations. I really appreciate their proactive approach in sharing updates and notifications, and their commitment to resolving any issue that impacts productivity. One area for improvement would be having clear documentation on the setup process via Mulesoft, which would make onboarding and troubleshooting even easier. I would definitely recommend this app to others for its reliability and exceptional support.

Perfect Integration software
The Charket team was very helpful and responsive. The features are numerous for both WeChat and WeCom. The only area for improvement is the documentation, which is not always accurate.
