We are overall very satisfied with the partner’s performance and the professional, high‑quality collaboration throughout the engagement. The team demonstrated strong Salesforce expertise, a solid understanding of our business context, and a constructive, solution‑oriented way of working. Communication on the operational level was professional and cooperative, and the working relationship was consistently positive. From a project delivery perspective, there is some room for improvement regarding how the partner contributed to the end‑to‑end, high‑quality and timely completion of the project. In certain phases, we would have expected stronger project steering, transparency, goal orientation, and proactive guidance, especially with respect to overall progress, risks, and next steps. That said, these points should be seen as fine‑tuning opportunities rather than fundamental issues. Addressing them would elevate the engagement from a very good delivery to an excellent, best‑in‑class partnership. Overall, we value the collaboration highly and would continue to see the partner as a strong Salesforce implementation partner.
