Kanishk and Navin were excellent in terms of delivering the integration required to release our local UK team's customer service portal. This portal was integrated with the global CRM and we successfully launched it without any major issues. Well done to the entire FusionHawk team!
The FusionHawk team has been immensely supportive and adept in working with us here at G4S/AUS to integrate a massive technology business with the global CRM instance. FusionHawk have been extremely helpful across the multiple projects and been key in successfully achieving some global initiatives at G4S. They have been completely professional about the delivery and have extended their working hours in multiple occasions to help with the releases.
After the acquisition one of the huge and complex tasks was the merging of Salesforce orgs of both companies, keeping their processes and User Experiences well intact. The complexity enhanced further when many attributes of Standard modules had different interpretations for the two organizations and their processes. FusionHawk helped us in designing and carrying out a relatively smooth transition of bringing both the companies on the same Salesforce Org. Their thought process especially was a differentiator in tackling various challenges like data segregations, field securities, migration of over 40K reports, Dashboards, and selection of tools to aid data and metadata migrations. FusionHawk is a good team to bank upon for architecting solutions as well as carrying out their implementation. We look forward to engaging them in our future assignments.
