The salesforce project being implemented was designed to support the service sales department. Salesforce supports our department in the area of handling leads from equal sources and converting them into sales opportunities. salesforce was also implemented to handle orders. It solutions performed the implementation of all modules in an exemplary manner, regular online meetings allowed for consistent implementation of the roadmap. The project was completed on time and on budget.
When we proposed to organize requirements for the Salesforce implementation around our business objectives Partner quickly adopted our value-based model of investment (in services and customizations). That alignment around our goals created a great environment for creative problems solving and was a compass for project completion. Another big value was a clear and quick communication which made the implementation pretty much a perfect agile project. Good job!
