Clerk Chat’s feature set is impressive, especially the AI support agents and omnichannel messaging. We had some early hiccups with the Salesforce SMS sync but support helped us resolve it quickly. Now we text leads, reply on RCS, and everything is logged neatly.

What I love most about Clerk Chat is how everything talks to everything. We send a RCS campaign, someone replies, it shows up in Salesforce. We text someone from Salesforce, they reply, it’s in the thread. Plus, the AI agents are actually useful: one handles product sizing questions for our ecommerce site.

Clerk Chat helped our nonprofit streamline donor communications. We enabled SMS for our main number, rolled out whatsapp messaging for international supporters, and now use their AI to answer donation-related questions instantly. Everything syncs with Salesforce, including opt-outs, which is huge for compliance.
