Using the Data Masking App you would have the ability to select the Object and schedule a batch to clear any and all information from the email fields!

Select the Object which may receive sensitive information in the email field
Clears out the value from fields of datatype email
Add said Object into the Custom Label. Data gets cleared out based on the batch scheduled
Using the Data Masking App you would have the ability to: - Select the Object which may receive sensitive information in the email field - Add said Object into the Custom Label - Schedule a batch (From Apex Classes on the Home Page) The batch will make sure to clear any and all information from the email fields of the selected Objects!
