Overview

eSAFE is a solution for Domestic Violence services to manage the work they do with service users. It supports the funder reporting needs of DV services in the Republic of Ireland

eSAFE allows users to record and report on - Enquiries - Referrer details for all new client engagements - Internal referrals to Programmes/Groups provided by the service - Referrals of children with a parent or as under 18 clients in their own right - Request for refuge, refuge intake, occupancy and departures - Initial/Full assessment, driving automatic creation of support plan objectives - All client interventions, including informal, group and court/other service accompaniment , which can be linked with one or more support plan objectives - Court Orders in place or being requested - Client Safety plan status, Accidents/Incidents and Complaints Out-of-the-box reports and dashboard provide - Support for weekly and annual Tusla Reporting requirements - Handover dashboard to give a snapshot of recent/upcoming activities for a support worker coming on shift - Data quality dashboard to help work toward accurate funder reporting
