CloudFiles has made complex document tasks automated and manageable

CloudFiles Document Management lets us automate more than just moving files around. We can now set up flows and create entire SharePoint sites for new projects automatically, generate the required folder structure and apply access controls automatically, all of which are triggered from Salesforce itself. We’ve also built a process that update multiple related documents and notify teams when certain milestones are reached without anyone having to intervene manually. It’s impressive to see complex actions happen reliably behind the scenes and it has made managing large projects much smoother. Support is fantastic!

What sold me on CloudFiles wasn't just the Google Drive integration, it was how easy it is to create custom flows for our specific needs. We have different document requirements for different product lines, and the flow builder lets us handle all those variations.
