I would absolutely recommend Revelation AI. They were very knowledgeable and very quick with their work. Unlike other consultants I've worked with, they were able to guide us on an optimal solution for our business case. Specifically, we were trying to use an out of the box product from Salesforce. Revelation AI was able to explain why that out of the box solution wouldn't work for our business case and instead helped us decide how to build an easily sustainable custom solution.

It was wonderful working with RevAI. Joseph, Feona, and Emma are always extremely responsive and Joseph is a wizard when it comes to developing CRMA. Thank you!! For prospective clients, I would recommend making sure that you have very clearly written user stories as it will help tremendously with downstream work. Ensure that the user stories clearly articulate what the user is trying to accomplish and, importantly, why. Making sure the data structure is clear from the beginning can help with setting expectations and simplicity of execution. I'd also recommend performing data validation and unit testing earlier.
