Five months in and I'm a convert. I came into this role as a newer user and jumped into ContractorFlow without much ramp-up time, and it delivered. The instant data access and custom dashboards are everything for someone who's detail-oriented and wants real answers fast. No more pulling reports, exporting to Excel, and reformatting everything just to see what's going on. It's all right there. The integrations are what really set it apart. QuickBooks works great, but they connect with a ton of other platforms too. Which means less manual entry, fewer errors, and more time spent on actual work. I got to give a video testimonial with their CEO at our 43rd Anniversary party because I genuinely love this product. I'll keep it professional here, but let's just say my enthusiasm was... enthusiastic. Highly recommend for anyone in construction or the trades who wants their data to work for them.

As a sales manager CFlow gives me live time data on how my sales team is performing. shows me individual strengths and weaknesses so I can train individually. No more guessing where salesman struggle.

Have been using for a few years and love it! It's easy to track all of the data you need daily from sales to production.

CFlow is a great tool.

This app allows me to keep track of appointments that I set for our sales reps. I can see where they'll be before and after the appointment I want to set. Everything is clear and concise. I can easily access prior jobs we have done for our homeowners including photos, invoices . . . really everything. CFlow responds quickly to any and all questions we bring to them. If you're not using CFlow, you should be.

Best CRM Available With The Best Staff

BEST CRM I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTYPE OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANY!

I switched for another CRM back in September 2022 and I am so glad we did. It has helped us tremendouly with managing our team and our financials. Their customer service is fantastic and they are quick at replying to questions and problems and also quick at providing solutions. We have seen a nice increase and improvement in our sales as well as the production of the workload. The process of being able to see where the sales person is in their presentatin in real time is fabulous! I highly recommend ContractorFlow for any type of construction company no matter what your specialty is or even if you have several specialties. It is well worth the investiment.

Most User Friendly because of the training provided by an amazing staff at C-Flow

Sales force has a very intricate system and the C-Flow app makes it easy to understand. If you work the plan that the staff puts forth then you will be well on your way to success. Kira is a rock star and has staff members that compliment her very nicely. Lindsay is so awesome to work with too and you will never be disappointed with her and the staffs knowledge of how to make you more money. Lindus boys knocked this out of the park.
