Overview

Measuring business metrics can be hard and time consuming typically requiring multiple reports and dashboards. This package has been designed to make it easy, with support for both standard objects and fields.

The Salesforce Business Value Map has been designed to allow Salesforce Customer to easily track the key success metrics that matter most to them. By writing and tailoring your own SOQL queries you will be able to report on your own success metrics in a single report. A typical Business Value Maps measure things such as: - # of Open Opportunities - $ average pipeline per rep - # of Sales Per Customer - avg. SKU's Per Deal - avg. Time to - avg. CSAT Score - # of Tickets per Product etc If you are not familiar with SOQL queries don't worry the help documentation has a number already written to give you a feel for how to construct them. Additionally for Salesforce Premium Customers there is also the option to speak to a Salesforce Specialist, who will help walk you through creating your own Business Value Map. The package includes 5 custom objects, 2 Flows, 1 Process Builder, 1 Apex Class and 2 reports
