From the first time we engaged with Kelley Austin, we felt as if we were working with a professional organization. Our engagement with Kelley Austin was for a Salesforce Org merge. KA had to work with an organization that's instance was started in 2009, clean up the incredible amount of technical debt and move it over to a modern salesforce instance. Kelley Austin worked with us on moving over all of our data, service cloud setup, sales cloud setup, and experience cloud setups, and combining it with an existing organization that already had their own service, sales, and experience clouds in use. Kelley Austin's methodology really focuses in on meeting you where you are and figuring out what the best path is for you to get where you hope to go. They take great pride in working off a solid and organized discovery process, and were very thorough in their design and user story creation. I can't say enough positive things about working with Kelley Austin as a professional partner to get you where you want to go on your Salesforce journey.
