Business challenge: sales pipeline deployment. Great flexibility and adaptation to our requerirements and schedule. A bit more effort that expected to close and assure final result to meet our expectations, but OK at the end. Some additional focus requiered in documentation to asssure details in scope and expectations. Good training and documentation for final users, and support after go live. We hope to count on them for next phases.
