Sutherland has been a fantastic partner and our Phase 1 integration/migration project was very successful, on-time and on-budget. The team communication was effective and efficient and we were able to receive the support we needed throughout the project, despite changing requirements. Our project manager, Divya was extremely patient and helpful, offering guidance and directing the team, while providing good insights and explanations related to how and why we should take a particular path during the project. The technical expertise of the team is excellent and speed to production was very efficient. We look forward to working with the team going forward on our next projects as we continue to roll-out additional phases of our Salesforce migration and integration over the coming months.

Sutherland has been a true partner to us over the years, with a relationship quite different than previous consulting companies we've used in the past. Rather than a traditional consulting engagement that is focused on a particular project, we've utilized resources from Sutherland in more of a contractor capacity to help us tackle our entire backlog and provide end-user support. Those resources have worked more like an extension of our existing team, embedded in our processes and working as an integrated unit. This has been a really positive experience for us versus previous consulting engagements we've done with other companies. This approach has delivered results more in line with our agile methodology and has offered us a lot more flexibility in terms of scope, allowing us to pivot priorities as needed according to our quickly evolving business. Very rarely has Sutherland told us something was "out of scope" -- rather they worked with us to deprioritize whatever was necessary to bring in something new. In true transparency, not every Sutherland resource we've worked with has been quite up to standards. We've also encountered challenges with resources abruptly taking an extended leave of absence. However, Sutherland's partnership team has always been very receptive to our feedback and responsive in terms of addressing any issues we've faced.
