The Brio team is an excellent Salesforce partner. We needed a solution to streamline the account and contact validation process for account owners based on certain criteria. Tim and his team built a process that alerts account owners each week via email and home screen of new accounts for validation. Once an account owner checks the box to validate the account, the account goes back into the queue for validation in six months. The project was seamless from the initial discovery call, through check-ins, to the final product.
