We engaged Tondro to support the creation of an Application process and environment for a new non-credit program. This involved the use of Admissions Connect, and integration with Sales, Service and Experience Cloud. The entire Tondro team is exceptional to work with. The project that Tondro delivered so expertly combined the use of the standard and custom objects on the Salesforce platform, Education Data Architecture, Experience Cloud, and an AppExchange app in two workstreams for a significant implementation in the student portion of the lifecycle. The first workstream is a default scheduler process that serves as a degree plan, automated registration, and degree audit that is personalized for each student. The second is an online course syllabus solution that displays the status and grades of homework and tests along with a completion indicator to give students easy access to the courses and assessments while giving them unprecedented insight into their progress and projected grades. This automation eliminated more than 20% of the manual work that advisors had to do in their daily service to students. As importantly, this gives the university insight into student progress and a view into projected course demand. The experience in working with Tondro was equally positive. They are deeply knowledgeable and well-versed in the products, so we received documentation design docs and demos like solution reviews in a methodical cadence. This was especially important because the desired timeline for this huge undertaking was extremely ambitious. Tondro not only met but exceeded our expectations. Moreover, because of Tondro’s deep level of expertise and ability to deliver on our ambitious timeline, the implementation had an unexpectedly low cost. To sum it up, this team has deep experience in higher ed use cases, is expert in implementing Salesforce solutions that maximize the power of the platform, and has the know-how to take full advantage of cross-cloud functionality. Bottom line: Tondro delivered a deeply valuable solution incredibly fast and because of that, the cost was more than reasonable.
