PDFer | Save & Email Customised PDFs & Files to your clients

The PDFer Button can be added to any Object's page layout or listview button layout Buttons can be created and configured to save and email multiple visualforce pages rendered as PDFs to a recipient when the PDFer button is clicked. Other Files can also be included. For example...The PDFer button could be used to email a customised PDF containing details of a Client's Opportunity for each Opportunity selected in a listview. The following are selected for a Button... - Salesforce Object (i.e. Choose 'Contact' if the Button should be available when the PDFer button is clicked on a Contact record or listview). - One or more Visualforce pages to be rendered as a pdf and their filenames to use - Other Files to be included - The Recipient, cc and bcc of any email sent - The Folder of Email Templates that can be selected by the User when emailing is being done - The Object to attach any saved pdfs and files. NB: Normally the selected Salesforce record, but can be any related record - The boolean, date, or datetime Field to update when saving and/or emailing is done.
