Our small, 30-year-old nonprofit organization needed to move from a patchwork of paper-based client files, word docs and spreadsheets to a simple, affordable, comprehensive client and service data management system. We faced special challenges because so much of our client-facing work is handled by volunteers, many of whom are retired with limited experience in workplace technology. Salesforce seemed to be the best option because of its flexibility and extensive features but we had zero expertise or capacity internally to implement it. auxiliumCRM did a great job of 'meeting us where we were at' and helping us get to where we wanted to be. Chris and Adrian took the time to thoroughly understand our mission and client service processes and challenges. They recognized and dealt with concerns of future users, developed and communicated appropriate solutions, built testing and training into the development and implementation work, and were very responsive to requests to changes and fixes. We're still getting up to speed with Salesforce for client program management but the efficiency and effectiveness of the new system has been great and the access to data we never had before will be transformational to our organization. We continue to work with auxiliumCRM for ongoing support and will definitely engage then further as we plan to extend our use of Salesforce to our volunteer and fundraising functions.
