ProForm is different to most other form apps. We’ve made form creation fast and effective – so you can focus on getting your forms out there – fast. We’ve stripped away the over-elegant features like WYSIWYG form designers and other complexities – that get in the way of your form creation tasks. In addition to beautiful digital forms, ProForm also supports surveys and quizzes (with correct answers and scoring) and consent / signature capture on screen. We’ve included the ability to collect data in tables allowing multiple entries for a group of questions (such as a list of liabilities for a loan application or listing multiple qualifications for a job applicant). Grouping of questions into sections with intuitive tabs –makes larger forms easier to navigate and more likely to be accurately completed by users. Forms can be linked to any standard or custom Salesforce object (our other app ProForm Plus, will also populate the object with form data).
