A Game Changer for Non-Developers Integrating ERP and Salesforce
We have been using App4API for over two years and could not be happier. The customer service is outstanding. Working with Werner has been invaluable. He is highly accessible and brings deep Salesforce expertise, enabling him to assist with any challenges we encounter. As for the app itself, App4API has exceeded expectations. When we transitioned to Salesforce, we needed to move critical data from our ERP system. We also implemented Apex code to retrieve data at scheduled intervals. While effective, Apex requires coding knowledge, which limits flexibility for non-developers. App4API changed that. It allows us to make real-time adjustments without relying on custom code. For example, our ERP system stores shipment tracking details, which are essential to our operations but difficult to access directly. With App4API, I was able to pull this data into Salesforce and configure everything myself. The time and cost savings from not having to hire a developer are significant. Additionally, when paired with App4IBP, App4API supports advanced forecasting for products and sales. (See my review on App4IBP for more details.) I fully endorse this solution. If your organization uses an ERP system with API access, I highly recommend App4API. It will save you time, reduce development costs, and empower your team to make changes independently.
