Submit legal requests - select from 4 standard forms (NDA, Term Sheet, Sales Contract or Contract Change) to provide your legal team with information required to prepare and return documents required to move each deal through the funnel.
Monitor updates and collaborate - information pushed into Salesforce will keep opportunity owners up to date by displaying the current status of work, the legal team members responsible and will utilize the 'Chatter' function for real-time collaboration.
Resolution - when the legal work is complete and documents need to be shared, links can be provided and status updated, to ensure the sales team has what it needs to progress the deal through to close.

This app will be available to all Salesforce users for one simple, flat fee. It must be paired with a subscription to Xakia which is used by the Legal Team (ie. who are not Salesforce users) and who will be the recipients of the legal requests.
