We are a VERY small non-profit with a 15-year old Salesforce database with Formstack forms that has become increasingly difficult to work with over the years. We brought Mekanys in to diagnose the difficulties we have been having, and they have done a great job understanding our small, over-stretched staff, explaining what needs to be done clearly, with detailed and accurate estimates of the time/cost of the proposed work, and then delivering what they promised they would deliver.
