Overview

This will be used by our products & solutions to publish and send notifications depending on the channel such as Email and flows such a Manual and Automated based on use case.

This package provides a VisualForce Page to configure the metadata required for the Notification Framework to function. Once done. Either based on a platform event trigger or being invoked externally by our products/solutions. It will Publish and send the notifications of the configured channel type to the intended recipients using the SF Email Template configured by merging the fields using our internal merge tool.
