Without Hightide's Jessica and Rich's help throughout this process, I don't know how we would've been able to move to Salesforce as our CRM! Very few of us had experience with SF, and I had none. Hightide as a whole held our hand through the entire process, and the results have exceeded our expectations! As a small non-profit, the investment in SF was HUGE, so there was obviously a lot of trepidation. We hired High Tide to help address a major gap in how we were using Salesforce Account Engagement, specifically around structuring email marketing, building automations, and creating a sustainable engagement strategy across the organization. Prior to this project, we had a poor experience with another consulting partner, which left us without a solid foundation or clear direction. Coming from a fully custom EDA org with two experienced developers/admins, we initially thought we could handle this project in-house.
