Very dedicated to understanding our problems and always they have a suggestion or way to do what we needed.

The partner accomplished what it was hired to do, wich was to enable my team to perform better in Marketing Cloud. I expected to use most of the features presented while the training, but it's still not very clear how do we apply all of what was presented.

The implementation of Salesforce was a milestone for our company, allowing us to set significant goals for our clients, delivering a seamless journey and communication experience. This achievement was made possible through the partnership with the consultancy, ensuring a correct and precise implementation.

Working with LEOO team was pleasant surprise. We compared a few consultant companies for the project and LEOO was (back then) the lesser known among them, however they showed great engagement with our challenge from the start, they understood quickly our business needs, answered all our doubts with high regard for technical precision and industry knowledge even before the project started. This showed us they were compromised to work with us for a common goal, not just do what was asked, and during the project execution that surpassed even our initial expectations. Our challenge was to setup Salesforce Marketing Cloud for 2 major food & beverage brands in Brazil, integrate (data in and out) with our data lake and CDP, segment users, create automated journeys and reports, and stabilish best practices among all the teams involved with the operation. We achieved all the objectives within the time frame. LEOO made available all the documentation neccessary to keep our operation working and evolving internally after the end of the project, and made themselves available for consulting hours outside of the main project to solve any doubts and assist with the next steps. I look forward to work with LEOO again in the future and highly recommend their work for any company with a need for a trully specialized Marketing Cloud consulting partner.
