Merkle has been a trusted partner for many years and have helped us implement countless enhancements to our email marketing program. One of the recent improvements was implementing Einstein Send Time Optimization. We're employing that technique on many of our emails, which is improving open rates and providing valuable insights on that days and times our subscribers are most likely to engage with our marketing emails.

Merkle did a very good job of understanding our needs and applying their product knowledge to the implementation. They carefully crafted and prioritized use cases and delivered them on time. The Merkle team kept us in the loop throughout the development process and made sure we understood the nomenclature and product concepts before we made decisions for the foundational setup of our personalization platform and customer identity stitching mechanism. To get the most and best out of the engagement, it is quite critical and important to have decision making representation (from the client's end) throughout the implementation process in particular system solutions/technology teams, compliance, marketing and operations/sales/service teams, as the final deliverable will ultimately impact these business units in one way or another. Having these various voices present will ensure better outcomes ultimately for the business as more often than not, there will be key insights and significant related factors previously not considered or known if the project is too tightly held within a single business unit whose breadth of understanding and knowledge would only be limited and focussed to just their immediate areas. This then leads to blind spots that could have serious ramifications for the business later down the track. So to fully appreciate the value of work delivered by Aware/Merkle, it's crucial that the client's internal stakeholders impacted by the new changes are actively involved/consulted right from the get-go to ensure all parties' concerns and interests are addressed/met throughout the journey.
