We engaged BlueGator as our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) implementation partner for a complex migration and integration project. Our primary challenge was migrating a significant volume of donor and constituent data from Raiser's Edge while simultaneously integrating with our Galaxy ticketing system via a newly developed managed package connector from Gateway Ticketing. BlueGator's team brought deep domain knowledge of both nonprofit operations and ticketing systems, which proved invaluable when navigating the complexities of a connector that was still maturing as a product. Their forward-thinking approach helped us not just move our data, but structure it in a way that positions us for long-term success. We are now leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to engage our contacts more strategically and maximize return on our outreach efforts. Blue Gator has been instrumental in the implementation of the Six Flags Group Sales Portal. The company needed a solution to help manage large volume of orders - for group sales clients to be able to browse products by date, select their products, and most importantly, edit their orders through a self-service mechanism. In additional the Salesforce Experience cloud, Blue Gator was instrumental in ensuring that Agentforce (Service Agent) and our Knowledge Base assisted with case deflection to assist with the large number of orders our team must handle.
