Salesforce provides a rich infrastructure to share, collaborate, store, and follow files. File storage is allocated per Salesforce edition and number of standard licensed users in your organization. When that storage allocation is exceeded, there are essentially two options: (1) Buy more storage to increase the allocation or (2) remove files to reduce the storage usage. The Version Killer (Free) application looks to reduce storage usage by specifically addressing storage used by Salesforce file version control. The Version Killer (Free) application specifically provides an audit of old files versions in your instance. The audit identifies the potential storage reduction gained by removing old file versions.
