Their health check of our database was insightful, helping us prioritize key issues effectively. Communication was clear and transparent throughout the process, ensuring we were always informed and aligned.

DTG did an excellent job with creating a custom salesforce for our organization. We are a small non-profit that is providing more services that we can track and manage with basic tools. DTG and their team led by Tracy were amazing throughout the process. Not only did they do a really good job listening to what we need and finding creative solutions Tracy had a background in non-profits and understood completely our approach to services and our needs. Also, they brought an amazing attitude and excitement to building what we needed. For the budget and timeline of the project DTG created an amazing system to handle our needs, help our clients, and track client success in a very innovative way. We are extremely happy with the help they provided, the dedication to the cause, and their ability to shift weekly to meet the needs of the project. I had previous experience with Salesforce and I never described a function or something we needed that they were not aware about. They actually had improvements and suggestions most of the time of how to do this, and how to do it better and more efficient. I would definitely recommend DTG , specifically Tracy and Jeremey. We are looking forward to working on additional project phases to take our organization to the next level. They built a complete tool to manage our programs, our client data, case management, tracking of client success, calendars, in house calendars, treatment plans, attendance sheets, demographics, surveys, specific notes, gave specific permission levels to protect privacy, a web based success matrix to track client success based upon relationships/referrals/and anything provided to clients, and much more. I can't tell you how grateful I am that I had this team building our salesforce. I don't think we would be set up for success with anyone else. (which we did meet with multiple others)

Project Review

The process with DTG was highly convoluted and painful from start to finish. The product that was delivered still needs a lot of work on our end before we can use it. I think if we were shown what was being built as it was being built, we could have saved DTG a lot of time (and us money) as there are a lot of things they created that are simply unusable. We ended up paying what is equivalent to almost 3 salaries in our organization for DTG to build a product that we have to go back in and edit to make work. I am skeptical as to whether DTG intentionally made the process complicated in order to bill more hours--because as we raised concerns following the 'user acceptance training phase', they asked for more money. This structure silenced us, and made it very difficult to collaborate to actually produce a quality database that is customized to our needs. When addressed with the DTG CEO after they requested more money, he said he would not come down on price and they stood by their product. Now we need to learn how to edit our salesforce platform on our own (which no one has time to do). I gave 2 stars-not 1- because one employee, Flo, is great to work with! She listened to us, addressed the issues as we needed her to in real time, and taught us how to customize the product. However, it seemed like she was taken off our team after giving us tools. To be fair, our nonprofit has a lot of moving parts, and our needs are complicated due to multiple programs within our organization. I don't think DTG actually knows what our end user experience needed to be, nor what we actually do. Further context, the criminal justice system and all of our programs are highly nuanced. If they had someone on their team with case management experience in an organization with a lot of moving parts, I think they would have been able to make a better product.

DTG and their staff provided excellent scoping, development of functionality including making adjustments as needed, and training. They have been thorough, dedicated, responsive, and supportive. We have enjoyed working closely with them and are excited by the customized grants management system we now have in place.

Highly recommend DTG Digital Transformation Group! The team was great to work with and exceeded our organization's expectations for this process. They were knowledgeable, thorough, patient with where we were as an organization, and great to work with. We plan on using them for all future Salesforce needs.

Very easy process in a complex implementation. We felt taken care of, understood, and supported throughout our journey.

DTG is great and very supportive. The project took longer that we originally anticipated, but it was SO good to have the extra time to work together. We are SO grateful to the team at DTG as they worked hard to understand who we are, what we do and how we work. Then we were able to design solutions together to make the system work best for us.

Thank you to DTG. We were starting with virtually nothing and they were able to get us completely set up with processes that made sense to our organization. Every meeting was net with enthusiasm and great information. I never felt bored or overwhelmed by the process, and that we really because of their ability to connect with me as a representative of our organization. We are looking forward to partnering with them again for our future builds.
