The DeveloCo team is highly skilled in custom Salesforce configuration as well as recommending best practices on a variety of modules.

Early in our engagement, one of the first projects they completed for us was the implementation of a unified contact center experience. Using Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, AirCall telephony and Forethought AI, they helped to design and build a single integrated experience for both our customer service agents and our customers themselves. This foundational project has been instrumental in our ability to better serve our customers while we scale our business.

Develoco has been an incredibly valuable partner with us, allowing us to complete a number of initiatives, including deploying a Customer Experience website that we are using as a new customer onboarding platform. Given that we are in the financial tech space, the onboarding platform allows us to gather the crucial information we need to comply with KYC requirements, and process that data through our KYC compliance evaluator. Not only did they build a complex flow with many variables, they did so as part of the underlying infrastructure of that Experience Cloud portal so that our customers have a smooth onboarding experience while allowing us to automate much of our KYC compliance process.

Develoco has been instrumental in helping our organization get our Salesforce org to meet our needs. Over the course of the project, they have taken us from working around the limitations of our org, to making it work specifically for our organization. Develoco has built solutions to make Salesforce work for us, creating tools that streamline our processes, provide data and insight into our work, and provide a better experience for our users and our customers. We've worked closely with several members of their team, and having personally come on to this project with very little experience with Salesforce myself, I am so grateful for not only the development they have done, but also their excellent assistance in helping me understand what the system is capable of. The support they've provided has been invaluable, from working with both me and team leaders in our organization to make suggestions for solutions for our biggest challenges, to troubleshooting daily issues as we move through development, to assisting with testing as well as implementation of new features and associated tools. At the onset of this project, our organization was working outside the system for many parts of our process, leading to additional work and frustration for our teams. With Develoco's assistance, we've now brought the majority of our sales and service delivery processes into Salesforce itself, taking away the need for manual work in several areas and freeing up our teams' time to focus on what they do best. Working with Develoco's team members has been an outstanding experience, and we are so appreciative of their work and patience as we've moved through this process. Regardless of where an organization may be in their Salesforce use, I am confident that they will provide anyone who has the privilege of working with them the expertise and support they need to take them to the next level.

We engaged Develoco to create a community portal for our customers, focused on knowledge articles, videos and creating/managing support cases. We wanted to manage access to the portal using SSO with the application our customers use. Working with Develoco was easy! One of our main selection criteria was solid communication and having a great relationship with the partner. From the initial inquiry through post-go live, Develoco has employed a solid communication process that has kept us well-informed throughout the project lifecycle. They have delivered a fantastic looking portal that met all the requirements we outlined for them in our original discovery sessions. Scope creep was managed effectively throughout the project, and we already have a list of projects for another round of further enhancing our customer portal. Whenever I wasn't sure how I wanted to proceed, or what the best practice would be, I was able to leverage their expertise for find the right solution for the problem. Definitely communicate your project requirements, but ask them for their recommendations on decisions where it's warranted.

The DeveloCo team worked hard at understanding our business model and used their knowledge of salesforce to translate our needs into a great set of solutions. They are very creative, easy to work with and always go that extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results. I would give them a 10 out of 10 in customer service!

We brought DevelCo on to manage the implementation of our new Community. They were thorough and detailed from the beginning, with helpful and easy-to-use documentation. Their scoping process allowed us to easily define all our needs and wants, and they were able to deliver on them almost perfectly. They are organized, great communicators, and use time efficiently.
