Our organization engaged this consulting partner to implement Salesforce as a central platform for managing our membership services, payments, communications, and marketing activities. The project involved Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, FinDock, PDF Butler, and Marketing Cloud. We are particularly satisfied with the work delivered for FinDock, which has provided clear value to our organization and supports our payment processes well. Sometimes we encountered obstacles in other areas, where proposed solutions resolved the immediate issue but were not always sustainable in the longer term. We also found that the initiative for improvements and additional functionality largely had to come from our side, requiring us to define both what we needed and how it should be implemented in considerable detail. Progress with Marketing Cloud has been limited, and we have not achieved the development we had hoped for in this area, based on our experience, we would therefore not recommend this partner for a marketing-focused implementation. Our advice to prospective customers is to establish clear requirements, responsibilities, and long-term solution criteria at the outset and to remain closely involved throughout the project. Overall, this partner is a good fit for organizations seeking FinDock expertise, but we recommend carefully assessing whether their capabilities align with the full scope of a broader Salesforce implementation.

We hired the consulting partner to support us with the implementation of Certinia, mainly to improve our finance processes in our growing business. We chose them for their strong financial knowledge and their ability to act in our best interest. They really got to know our business and adapted the system to fit our needs. One area that could be improved is the preparation phase. A clearer definition of scope and expectations—especially for those involved in testing—could have helped avoid some early misunderstandings. Overall, the experience was very positive. They were always available at key moments, and their post-go-live support has been excellent.
