Great On Platform Tool & Outstanding Support

OneMerge gives you the ability to use the standard Salesforce duplicate management set up and automate the merging of the records found without manual intervention. Once you have rules you trust, you can set it and forget it. It also gives you options to exclude certain records, exclude certain duplicate rules and other options to customize your needs. I used this for a one time project where I had to merge over 75k records, which would have taken days by hand or another tool that has its own rules engine and configuration that was done outside of Salesforce. Any questions I had were quickly responded to by the OneMerge team to make sure I had the proper configuration. AI relies so heavily on data that OneMerge will be able to help a lot of customers get the most out of those types of solutions by keeping a clean database. I cannot recommend this tool enough!

Life changer app and perfect support!

The app is just the perfect feature to manage duplicate leads, saves us so much time and money. Have to say that I had never get such a responsive support that I've got here. They answer emails fast, schedule meetings to solve issues and help with any question you have, and all this even with the free version (we tried first the free version and now bought the license for full version). 100% worth it!
