This App lets you define a backup who gets your records during time off.

Overview

Good news! This App provides you the option to assign a Backup who will get all your tasks, cases or any other relevant records while your are out. Best of all, this App is completely free of charge, so you can simply install it and go. Enjoy your break!

End users can create an Out of the Office Record determining a backup and a time span. Records which are owned by the user taking time off and meet certain criteria, are being re-assigned to this backup. Administrators can create custom metadata records dynamically including a SOQL Query, which determines what records to re-assign for the users. This App has been build with flexibility and large data volumes in mind. It is Bulkified and uses a batch class.
