So if any new article is published on it, then they can get it instantly and make necessary changes for business if needed. Email alert notifications will be received with the link to the new version of the article. Customers/Partners can rate & add feedback comments the knowledge article how helpful for their business. Learning Management system helps the portal users to bookmark Modules and Courses. Complete the module and course wise learnings. Attempt the Quiz to complete the courses. Let your customer learn about your product through Gamification.
