Saved Our Necks Before the Workflow Rules Deadline!

When Salesforce announced the retirement of Workflow Rules & Process Builder, we knew we were in trouble. Sweep honestly saved us. The migration was quick, and we were able to start creating, editing, and adjusting processes right away—without feeling like we needed a PhD in Salesforce to get it done. What I liked most....it wasn’t just a lift-and-shift. Sweep modernized our processes and gave us tools to keep things clean moving forward. It took something we were dreading and made it surprisingly manageable.

Powerful, Easy, and Backed by Great Support

Sweep has become one of my favorite Salesforce tools. I use it mostly for the documentation side - being able to see where a field is used and what updates it is such a lifesaver. The AI makes it so simple to just ask a question and immediately get the answers I need, instead of digging through Salesforce. We also use Sweep for routing with Slack messages, and I can’t stress enough how easy and user-friendly that setup is. It saves us time and makes sure the right people always have visibility. And honestly, the support team is incredible - they’re always there when we need them, quick to respond, and super fast to make adjustments if anything comes up. It’s rare to find a tool that’s both this powerful and this easy to use, backed by a team that really cares. Highly recommend Sweep to anyone working in Salesforce.

Sweep is an amazing tool, and the team behind it is even better

As a solo sales operations manager at my company, when my new VP Sales told me we were going to move our CRM over to Salesforce I was a little nervous (especially moving over from Copper). I had never worked on salesforce before, let alone set it up, and I was told that bringing on an implementation partner would be too expensive, but if I found any tools to make the job easier we could consider it. Luckily, a friend told me about Sweep - from the first demo I loved how easy and visual they made everything. Their amazing team (shout out to Benjamin especially) answered every question I had with patience while guiding me through not only what to do, but the salesforce logic behind it. At first it was a lot on hand holding, and Sweep did so much of the heavy lift of initial implementation I am eternally thankful (including yelling at SF customer support when we had a pesky bug they couldn't fix), but slowly they empowered me to manage our SF on my own. Of course I never gave up on check in meetings, mainly because I was excited to show Benjamin some of the things I had done in Sweep, and make sure my logic was solid. They were, and are a lifesaver, and I would not recommend getting salesforce, without also getting Sweep :)

Not perfect, but constantly improving

Sweep is a very neat tool that helps folks in Sales Operations have a better grasp on their Salesforce processes. Documentation and routing tools alone are very helpful to us. Even though it has its flaws, the one thing I can say is that the updates to their software are always coming and the amount of attention and care we get from the Sweep team is extraordinary. They go above and beyond in helping us get the most out of the tool and they actually listen to our feedback and implement them! Excited to see where they take the product next, especially with AI.
