The Lyric team did a great job on custom API work to pull data from one of our proprietary databases into Salesforce. Lyric provided guidance and execution on Campaign setup, created an app that “reads” incoming UTM codes to automatically associate Leads with appropriate Campaigns, and created the reports to gain the insights we were looking for. I especially appreciated Lyric’s attention to understanding how our organization works – if the teams that create UTM codes do not follow naming convention, I have an easy to use app that enables me to quickly ensure these non-compliant UTM codes will still associate Leads with Campaigns.
